推定1952年〜1953年のリーバイス501XXをリプロダクトした素材です。

当時の生地・技術を再現するべく、前処理・染め・サイジングなど、考えうるすべての工程においてローテク化させて作った生地です。

インディゴを均一に染めるのではなく、わざとムラになるように染色しており、色落ち後に筋のように見える部分を再現しております。

This material is a reproduction of Levi's 501XX, estimated to have been made between 1952 and 1953.

In order to reproduce the fabric and technology of those days, all possible processes such as pre-treatment, dyeing, sizing, etc. were made in a low-tech way.

Instead of dyeing the Indigo uniformly, it is intentionally dyed so that the color becomes uneven, reproducing the streaks that appear after the color fades.

適度な頻度で1年ほど着用した状態を表現。

色落ちの少ないブルーの色味と繊細でナチュラルなアタリ感が特徴です。

This is the state of being worn for about one year with moderate frequency.

The blue color with little fading and a delicate, natural bite are characteristics of this item.

■アテンション : タンブラー乾燥のため、寸法に多少誤差がでることがあります。
