허리 부분의 캔버스 테이프를 짜내는 것으로 허리 둘레에 부드러운 실루엣이 나오는 데님 이지 팬츠.

신치백을 붙이는 것으로 허리의 어긋남을 해소하고 있습니다.

Denim easy pants with a soft silhouette around the waist by squeezing the canvas tape at the waist.

A cinch back prevents the waist from slipping down.

■천 : 13.5oz 52'리프로세르비치데님

추정 1952년~1953년의 리바이스 501XX를 리프로덕트한 소재입니다.

당시의 직물·기술을 재현하기 위해, 전처리·염색·사이징 등, 생각할 수 있는 모든 공정에 있어서 로테크화시켜 만든 천.

인디고를 균일하게 염색하는 것이 아니라, 일부러 불균일하게 되도록 염색하고 있어, 탈색 후에 근육과 같이 보이는 부분을 재현하고 있습니다.

■패브릭 : 13.5oz 52''reproduction selvage denim

This material is a reproduction of Levi's 501XX, estimated to have been made between 1952 and 1953.

In order to reproduce the fabric and technology of those days, we made this fabric low-tech in every conceivable process, including pretreatment, dyeing, and sizing.

Instead of dyeing the Indigo uniformly, it is dyed unevenly on purpose to reproduce the streak-like appearance after the color fades.

■가공：하드 데미지 리메이크 가공

베이스는 리얼한 중색 에이징으로 마무리, 양 무릎을 중심으로 격렬하게 데미지를 베풀어 복수의 당 천으로 패치 워크 리메이크하고 있습니다.

더욱 최종 마무리로 전체에는 더러운 가공으로 유즈드감을 표현.

데님 원단의 옷감에 관해서는, 천의 단계에서 더러워 가공하는 등 세부까지 구애한 1벌.

■Processing: Hard damage remake processing

The base is finished with a realistic medium-colored aging process, and the knees are heavily damaged and remade in patchwork with multiple pieces of this fabric.

The whole garment is then stained to give it a used look.

The denim fabric is stained at the fabric stage to give it a more detailed look.

■ 어텐션 : 텀블러 건조로 인해 치수에 약간의 오차가 발생할 수 있습니다.

수작업에 의한 가공이기 때문에, 1점 1점 마무리가 다릅니다.

인디고 염료를 사용한 천이므로, 세탁시의 색 이동에 조심해 주세요.

맞추는 천에는 빈티지 인도 퀼트 원단을 사용하고 있어 재단한 천의 개소에 의해 칼라가 다릅니다.

빈티지 인도 퀼트 원단의 색상은 랜덤이되어 선택할 수 없으므로 양해하실 수 있도록 부탁드립니다.
