■The story behind AN109, 109-W1

It started when we redesigned the length of the M-65 FATIGUE JACKET, which was the base for the NM-MIL02RE / CUSTOMIZED BDU JACKET released in 2017AW.

The resized shirt was created by taking inspiration from its silhouette and incorporating it into the pattern.

■Material

Made from 100% COTTON, an 8oz 2/1 twill denim with 10/- warp and 20/- weft threads.

By using thread with minimal unevenness in the 10-count warp and 20-count weft, it also has an elegant impression. While still a bit stiff in its ONE WASH state compared to AGING WASH, it will develop a soft, flowing texture as it is worn.

We use durable urea buttons, which were once the mainstream and are often seen in vintage and workwear.

■Detail

This refined version of our classic resized shirt.

It has a wide box silhouette with a short length and a square-cut hem. The most distinctive feature is the back, which is set 10cm longer and includes a tuck to create a rounded impression, giving the impression of wearing the collar pulled back even when worn normally.

Though open-collar shirts are often seen in rayon materials,

we chose this fabric with its anticipated drape in mind from the initial fabric selection stage.

Style

*AN109-W1 Lt.INDIGO is a model that has undergone an aging wash process, which can only be achieved by skilled craftsmen performing delicate handwork on the AN109 Lt.INDIGO.

*The NATURAL color is scheduled for a March release due to a delivery delay.
