DECK OVERALLS

From ANACHRONORM 2nd COLLECTION
"AN118 DECK OVER PANTS" has been released.
We will feature how the base item, U.S. NAVY deck pants, was reproduced.
■ U.S. NAVY "Deck Pants"

The base item, deck pants, were cold-weather work pants actually adopted and supplied by the U.S. Navy during World War II. They were developed as workwear for naval soldiers working on harsh decks exposed to rain, snow, and cold winds, so a thick and durable fabric was used for the outer shell.

In addition, the overall-like design that doesn't require a belt at the waist is intended to protect the clothing worn underneath from dirt, friction, and wind and rain.

・・・MATERIAL・・・

While the silhouette is based on deck pants, the fabric uses a random herringbone with indigo warp threads, making it possible to wear all year round.

We are using deadstock fabric that was specially produced at the time the brand was established.

You can enjoy the aging of the fabric with each wear.

・・・DETAILS・・・

While faithfully reproducing the base details, we have made subtle adjustments such as changing the size of the buttons and pockets, taking balance into consideration.

A major change from the base item is that the front bib area is made longer, which creates a silhouette closer to overalls.

Please see the differences in the items in the worn images.

Please enjoy this item, brushed up in ANACHRONORM style, throughout all seasons.
